Both are negative. So, not mixed. First thought is that if we want to be viewed as an independent military branch we need uniforms that sets us apart.Second, if we are sharing uniforms with other branches, let’s all five get together and pick one uniform and call it the working uniform and we get our own patches to slap on there. That would solve our cost and supply problems.Just my bitter two cents.Semper Gumby!I have worn many iterations of working uniforms from gas attendants, to strike team pajamas, to tucked and now untucked.

First thought is that if we want to be viewed as an independent military branch we need uniforms that sets us apart. No, absolutely not. I don’t know why every branch feels the need to have their own uniform. We can thank the Marine Corps for that. Besides the fact that our blue uniforms look like janitor uniform the blue is also really hard to keep clean compared to camo. The Navy Type IIIs are already in production and we already use them for PATFORSWA and our special units so why not just adopt them CG wide and save money?.
